Before you come to class

All classes are 1 ½ hours induration. The school is open 30 minutes before each class. During this time you are welcome to come in and practice, talk to the teacher, use the library, or sit and meditate.

For classes wear comfortable clothing and have bare feet eg. gym wear or track pants and T-shirt.  All yoga equipment is supplied. Avoid eating a heavy meal less than 3 hours before class.  Inform your teacher of any medical conditions, if you are pregnant, or menstruating.
