Before you come to class
Follow the prompts to create a new student account. You can then enroll and pay online for a course or buy a class pass for the open classes.
All classes are 1.5 hours in duration. The yoga rooms are open 30 minutes before each class. During this time you are welcome to come in and warm up, talk to the teacher, use the library, or simply sit and meditate.
For classes wear comfortable clothing and have bare feet eg. gym wear or track pants and T-shirt. All yoga equipment is supplied. Avoid eating a heavy meal less than 3 hours before class.
It is very important that you inform your teacher of any medical conditions, if you are pregnant, or menstruating. Even though this information will already be on your student account form it is essential that you let your teacher know before each class of any conditions or injuries that may affect your participation and safety on the day.
